How Do I Place an Order?

Ordering with us is simple. Start by shopping our extensive product range of kratom powders. You can see all our products at once by going to the shopping tab or you can choose to shop only by kratom powder colors. Also, we have broken our categories down according to the vein colors to help you quickly find what you are looking for. Here is a step by step guide to help you checkout. 

  • Start by exploring our shop. 
  • Choose a product category to help narrow down your search.
  • Click into products to learn more about them or to progress and order them.
  • Once you have settled on a product, you will want to choose the weight that you would like to purchase. Our kratom comes in 5oz, 8oz, 10oz, 16 and 1kg. 
  • Choose to add the product to the cart once you have selected the appropriate weight. 
  • If you are done shopping you can go to your cart to checkout. 
  • Be sure you check over your order before proceeding to checkout. 
  • Select your preferred shipping method. 
  • We take all major credit cards, debit cards and prepaid cards, so payment is simple & easy
  • Finish up the checkout by adding in your payment details and checking over your order. Hit the final submit button and check your email for a confirmation email. 

Is Your Checkout Secure?

Yes, we use an encrypted checkout page via SSL. You can verify the SSL certificate authentication in the browser settings. Also, a page is secure when it is showing https:// in the URL bar. 

I Did Not Receive a Confirmation Email

You would want to check your spam box to see if it ended up there. Also, email our customer support about these issues at sales@kratomsuppliers.com or you may choose to call us directly. We will be able to check and make sure that your order went through correctly. 

Can I Cancel My Order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you will need email us at sales@kratomsuppliers.com. We will be able to determine if the order can be canceled or not. Sometimes if caught early enough a package can be canceled even if it has been given a tracking number. So, always check with us and we will let you know the status and if it is possible to cancel. 

Do You Send Kratom to My State?

Kratom is not legal in all states. We cannot ship to areas where kratom has been banned. If you would like to learn more about areas where kratom has been banned please check out our legality page. 

Kratom is banned in the following states: Alabama, ArkansasIndianaRhode IslandVermont, and Wisconsin.

These states have areas where kratom is banned:

  • Illinois – Kratom is legal for use, except Jerseyville, to people over the age of 18.
  • New Hampshire – Kratom is legal to use for anyone over the age of 18.
  • California – Kratom is legal for use but banned in the city of San Diego.
  • Florida – Kratom is legal for use but banned in Sarasota County.
  • Mississippi – Kratom is legal for use but banned in Union County.
  • Colorado – Kratom is legal in Colorado, with an exception in Denver where it is “illegal for human consumption.”
  • Tennessee – Kratom was banned, but it was lifted in 2017 and is now legal to use for those over 21 years old.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

Making payment an easy option for you, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We take all major credit cards, debit cards and prepaid cards, so payment is simple & easy! All orders are processed through our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Connection and are listed as: Kanga Logistics on your statement.

When Will My Card Be Charged?

All cards are charged right before your order is packaged and prepared for shipment. This can range 24-48 hours after submission and depending on the date of purchase, weekends or holidays. All charges and Bank Statements will say: Kanga Logistics as we do use a professional logistics company to fulfill all of our customer orders.

Is There Sales Tax Added at The Time of Checkout?

Tax is included in the price of our products, so there will be no added tax at the end during the checkout process. 

Can I Place an Order on The Weekend?

Yes, you can shop on our website 24 hours a day and place an order anytime you like. All orders that are received before 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday excluding holidays will ship out within 24-48 hours. Orders that are received after this time period will be processed the next business day. Orders that are received before 1:00 PM EST on Saturdays excluding holidays will ship within 24-48 hours as per orders in que. Sunday orders will not be shipped until Monday or Tuesday, if they are not a holiday.
